Joseph Andreas Ramsay died on Feb. 2.
He was preceded in death by her mother, Huldah I. Ramsay; father, Morris N. Ramsay; and daughter, Crystal A. Ramsay-Cooper.
He is survived by her son, Joseph Ramsay Jr.; daughter, Janine Ansonia Ramsay; sister, Rosa Socorro Ramsay Silva; cousins: Dr. Edith M. Ramsay-Johnson, Mahlena-Rae Johnson, Milton H. Davis, and Wilbur and Almira Smith; nieces: Rosa V. Fournier Ramsay, Frances Fournier Ramsay, Natalia Fournier Ramsay and Nicolle Ramsay-DeJesus.
A viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
