Exciting news for Juju & Cece’s Lemonades! They are expanding their brand to Cost U Less on St. Croix. To celebrate this launch, a special event was held at Cost U Less on Saturday, featuring tastings of two out of four new flavors. The event included exciting moko jumbie performances, along with a chance to meet Juliett and Gracie Reid-Ventura, the faces behind the lemonade.

Described as a family-owned business that embodies the strength, unity and resilience of Caribbean culture, Juju and CeCe’s Lemonades represents just that from the moment you meet the family. Parents Ramone Reid-Ventura and Mikey Ventura are visibly the girl’s biggest supporters.

Customers can now enjoy farm-to-bottle lemonade blends in 64-ounce and 12-ounce sizes. The new flavors launch brings festive and bold flavors of the Caribbean to life:

  1. LIME-LIGHT: A crisp and zesty lime-ade that’s both refreshing and uplifting.
  2. SHAKE Your Tamarind: A tangy tamarind blend packed with tropical flavor.
  3. CARNIVAL, Farm Blend: A vibrant mix of Sorrel, Lime, Lemon, Passionfruit, Watermelon, Cherry, Carambola, and Lemongrass – a true celebration in every sip.
  4. FIND YOUR PASSION: A delightful fusion of Passionfruit and Lime, perfect for dreamers and adventurers.

These flavors join other original flavors like Sorrel Not Sorry, Hola Carambola, Laughing Lemongrass, and the seasonal favorite Gooseberry Christmas, and other 13 signature flavors.

Also, at the event spotted supporting the launch were Sen. Marise James and Commissioner of the V.I. Agriculture Department Louis Petersen. James said that she came off the plane straight to Cost U Less to support the girls and even snagged a couple of different flavors. Peterson also took the time to taste some flavors and provided some words.

“I want to commend you for your latest achievement, and I say latest achievement because I’ve noticed over the past several years they have been going from success to success and today is another one of those,” said Petersen.

“I want to make sure I commend Cost U Less for opening their doors to our farmers as value added producers and I want to encourage them to continue to keep their doors open,” he continued.

Petersen encouraged the family to continue the path of success by stating, “Not just their own success, but the success of the agricultural industry in the territory and to be good role models for all producers and farmers here. This is the model you want to talk about,” Petersen said.

He also took a moment to sample all the flavors and said, “All those creative blends made me feel so good. I want to encourage both of you to be our next generation of entrepreneurs in the territory,” Petersen said.
