Prosperity Farm Distillery, home of St. Croix’s first-ever Farm-to-Bottle Tasting Tour, invites the public to celebrate Independence Day at The Farmhouse Bar with a festive night of live music, drink specials, and local flavor.
The July 4th Fireworks After-Party kicks off at 5:00 PM with DJ RPG spinning high-energy Caribbean and global beats until 7:30 PM, followed by a live performance by Los Maestros from 8:00 to 10:00 PM. Guests can enjoy specialty cocktails, a variety of housemade spirits, and scenic views in the relaxed, open-air setting of The Farmhouse.
This event is the first in a growing schedule of evening entertainment as Prosperity Farm Distillery expands its community and cultural offerings. Beginning in July:
- Fridays will feature Los Maestros as the house band, bringing Latin flair and live music to the West End each week.
- Thursday Night Roots (coming soon) will showcase acoustic and reggae sets by local and visiting musicians.
- Saturday Night Throwback will offer a soulful mix of funk, R&B, and classics curated by DJ Swain and special guests—from Curtis Mayfield to The Ohio Players.
- Sunday Service Industry Appreciation nights will round out the weekend with relaxed vibes and drink specials for those who keep our island’s economy moving.
These events complement the Distillery’s Farm-to-Bottle Tasting Tour, which runs Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, every half hour. The tour takes guests through heirloom cane fields, distilling operations, and scenic ruins before ending with a premium cocktail and flight of housemade spirits in the air-conditioned Farmhouse Tasting Room. Admission is $35, and no reservations are currently required.
