Lee U. Taylor of Frederiksted, St. Croix, died on Wednesday, Aug. 7. He was 38 years old.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Debra Taylor; and father, Eleazor John.
He is survived by his sisters: Elemena and Naiesha John, and Ruthlyn Richardson; brothers: Alphonso and Jason John, Leo Taylor, Lonell Joseph and Kareem John; nieces: K’xanae Hanley, Nikkira and Nikylah John, Lonisha, Lynisha and Lonyira Joseph; nephews: Raquann Gonzalves, Jason Jr., Jomari, Jadriel and Deontae John, D’Andre James, Jemel and Jemel-Jason Outley, N’sanjai and Uriah John; great nephew, Raquann Gonsalves Jr.; and aunts: Celestine Green, Lorna King, Idona Benjamin, Caroline John, Cecelia Lawrance, Elida Ledesma, Naomi John and Albertha Willie.
He is also survived by uncles: Alfred John, Jose Felix, Kidd, Alex, and Tracey; special friends: Latoya Urgent, Raymond Alexander Richards Jr., Rension Fingal and Shena Nurse, Roger, Caul, Chino, Joe, Gwano, Jelba and Consumers Gas Station; cousins and other relatives: Oral and Oral Berkitt Jr., Fabian Frank and Rodney Maxwell, Titus, Staphanie, Aisha and Ayanna Thompson, Jacqueline Willie, Vitaliene, Vanessa, Trisha, Joseph Jr., Joani and Wendy Phillip, and Clifton Donaldson; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Memorial services will be held at 9 a.m., Friday, Aug. 30, at Kingshill Funeral Home Chapel, located at 303 Clifton Hill, Christiansted, across from Central High School gym. Cremation services are entrusted to Schuster’s Crematorium LLC.
