Man Arrested at Airport for Probation Violation in Virginia

A man was arrested at the Cyril E. King Airport Monday due to an outstanding warrant in Virginia, the V.I. Police Department reported.

Claude Corey Marshall, 36, was arrested after Marshall was going through pre-boarding screening, and the inspection revealed that Marshall had an active warrant for his arrest for a probation violation, with the underlying charges being possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of stolen property, out of Fairfax County, Virginia, according to the police report.

No bail was set in this matter as per the request of the demanding jurisdiction. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau, police said.
