In the first match, Amorie Carty led the Massey offensive attack, scoring the first goal off an errant pass out of the Hellenite goal from the left side of the pitch. Carty’s second goal was blasted from a distance in the middle of the pitch that bounced off the left side of the goal before finding the back of the net. Bryce Richardson scored the next two goals after dribbling past multiple Hellenite defenders, leading to a 4-0 Massey lead at halftime. The Massey team attacked quickly in the second half as Omar Brown IV, scored on a perfectly executed header, extending the Massey lead to 5-0. Khaffrey Francois scored off a lob pass from Richardson in the final minutes of the second half, resulting in a 6-0 win for Massey.

The second match was more competitive as the two teams battled back and forth without a score until Carty broke through the Hellenites’ defense and scored a goal from the left side of the pitch near the end of the first half, resulting in a 1-0 Massey lead at halftime. Carty’s goal proved to be the decisive game-winner as neither team scored in the second half. Massey goalie Walter Watkins ended the Hellenites’ opportunity to tie the game with an impressive save.
