Thomas Martin Cramer has been reported missing, the V.I. Police Department reported Tuesday.
He is a Caucasian male, originally from Pennsylvania, currently living on St. John. He is 5’10” and 180 pounds. He was last seen on Sunday in the area of the “Tap Room” in Mongoose Junction, Cruz Bay, St. John. Cramer was seen wearing a grey T-shirt and three-quarter dark green pants, police said.
