Monica Bellarica Matthew of Castle Coakley passed away on July 4. She was 81 years old.
She was preceded by mother, Edith C. Simmonds; father, James David; sisters, Eunice Pinney, Myrtle Pinney; brother, Loxley James; uncles, Norwell Moore, Eugent Burrough.
She is survived by spouse, James A.T. Matthew; daughters, Claudette V. Banks, Allette W. Matthew; son, James L.R. Matthew; grandchildren, Hydee Warren, Alexa-Kierra Matthew- Brodhurst, Chyanne Matthew, Sariah Walker, Sydnee Walker, Desiree Thomas-Ben, Kimberlee-Sasha Henry; great- grandchildren, Liberty Thomas, Otis Ben III, Omari Ben, Jah’nyrah Brodhurst; sisters, Pearlita Bell, Genetta Stephens; brother, Mansfield James; daughter-in-law, Myrna Matthew; son-in-law, Edward Banks; brother-in-law, Carlton Francis; special friends, Sister Connor, Judith, Molise, Kay Bryant and precious friends and other relatives too numerous to mention.
Funeral service will be held on July 30, at Ebenezer Methodist Church in Richmond. Viewing begins at 9 am, with service at 10 am. Interment will be held at Kingshill Cemetery.
