My Brother’s Workshop proudly hosted the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Stephenson Family Welcome Center Dec. 9, in the presence of generous donors, supporters, and community partners.

Guests were welcomed with light bites and refreshments prepared by MBW’s Café and Bakery, followed by remarks presented by Jenny Hawkes, Executive Director, Chrystie Payne, Program Director, and Annie Stephenson Hostetler, on behalf of the Stephenson family. Attendees enjoyed guided tours of the new facility, which features an event space, café, office and classroom areas, conference room, and a state-of-the-art industrial kitchen. The Stephenson Family Welcome Center represents a new chapter in MBW’s ability to create learning opportunities for its trainees and strengthen its community impact.
Founded with a mission to provide hope, healing, and purpose for at-risk and high-risk youth ages 16–24, MBW has transformed the lives of more than 1,700 young people across the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through holistic programming, the organization equips its trainees with mentorship, counseling, education, and paid-on-the-job training, empowering them to build brighter futures.
