
It is with deepest sorrow and heavy hearts that we are announcing the passing of our beloved husband, son, father, brother, and uncle, Olsen A. Forde Sr., better known as “Al,” who passed away at the age of 56 on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lauriston Forde, father-in-law Elmo Thomas Sr., uncle George Greene Sr. siblings Janet, Sonia, Hugh, Euston, and Trevor Forde. Olsen was a joyful person and a force of love. His departure has left a lasting effect on all of us. He was known for his dedication to his work.
Olsen’s celebration of life services are as follows: The first viewing will be held at Turnbull Funeral Home on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. The second viewing will be at the Wesley Methodist Church on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 10:00 am. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
