Oriental Bank hosted members of the St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce for a Business After Hours gathering on Thursday, June 23. This was the first event held at the Altona branch since the bank entered the U.S. Virgin Islands market in 2020.

“The event was an excellent opportunity to meet face-to-face with business owners and customers. At Oriental, we are very committed to small and medium businesses; we are more than ready to help them grow their business and become a partner to them. For us, it is essential to hear what they need for their business and facilitate innovative and digital tools that help them become more agile and effective in the business management,” said Renissa Gutiérrez-Perez, business banking manager.

Gutierrez-Perez thanked the community for supporting the event. “This event celebrated the strong, long-term relationships with our bankers and allowed us to welcome new families and businesses.”
