Pay to Park

St. John is looking further and further away. So the elderly will park at Enighed and walk to downtown? Or pay VIPA? You just lost some more business for Cruz Bay. Whatever it takes to drive business away, the VI Government will do it. A parking lot full of rental cars is what you’re going to get. And “friends of VIPA” cars who won’t have to pay to park. Are we going to charge a fair rent to vendors, or will certain people get a sweet deal?
