Carrying on a fifteen-year tradition, the Rotary Club of St. Croix Harborside partnered with Mafi Hamad and The Market to provide 25 Thanksgiving baskets for less fortunate families on St. Croix, the Rotarians announced Tuesday.
Turkeys and large reusable shopping bags to use as baskets were provided by The Market and the Rotary Club purchased the fixings for a Thanksgiving dinner, including vegetables, cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, potatoes, rice and more.
Youth with a Mission will deliver the turkeys and fixings to 25 needy families.
