The Coastal Zone Management committees public meeting for Reliance Housing Foundations Calabash Boom 72-unit affordable housing development will be Wednesday, October 26, at the Legislature Building in Cruz Bay at 6 p.m.
Reliance plans to construct two distinct communities in the area with shared infrastructure which will include 24 for-sale townhomes in 12 two-story buildings and 48 for-rent apartments in eight three-story buildings. Copies of the environmental assessment for the project are available at the Elaine Ione Sprauve library in Cruz Bay.
