Reports of COVID-19 Death in the USVI Are False

Reports of a death in the U.S. Virgin Islands from COVID-19 are false, according to the V.I. Territorial Emergency Management System.

There is one confirmed case in the USVI and no deaths as of Sunday morning. A report on the CNN news website has been corrected to show the one case and no fatalities.
