Roach Postpones Online Catalyst System Information Sessions

The previously scheduled informational sessions by the Division of Corporations and Trademarks on the online Catalyst system are postponed, according to Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. Sessions previously scheduled for March 19 on St. John and March 24 on St. Thomas will be rescheduled for a later date.

All persons who registered for the informational session were notified via email. The Division of Corporations and Trademarks will keep the public updated on a new scheduled date. Persons interested in attending upcoming informational sessions are required to register by emailing: denise.johannes@lgo.vi.gov. In the subject line, please indicate “Business Entity Informational Sessions.”

The online Catalyst system is a key component for all business owners. The system is used to create a user account and register business entities. It is also used to maintain the business entity status of active/in good standing. Sessions are open to existing and new business owners as well as service providers who assist businesses with filings to the Division of Corporations and Trademarks.
