For the fifth consecutive year, Banco Popular has been recognized as the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) Bank of the Year by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Popular received the award in recent days and as part of the SBA’s annual ceremony, which also recognized several institutions, entities and business owners for their contribution to the local economy.
