CRUZ BAY – The Julius E. Sprauve School annual Christmas Party filled Franklin Powell Sr. Park in Cruz Bay with song on Friday morning, December 19 as the student body showed they knew all four verses of the “Virgin Islands March.”
V.I. Superintendent of Schools Dionne Wells, more recently JESS Principal, brought holiday greetings to her former students as well.
