On Dec. 27, at 6:23 p.m., Virgin Islands Police Department officers were dispatched by the 911 Emergency Call Center to Estate Bovoni (vicinity of Lima Plaza) on St. Thomas due to a report of shots fired and a possible male gunshot victim. Officers located the victim, and he was transported to Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center where he was treated for gunshot wounds to the leg.
