The Department of Public Works is informing the community of progress on the Route 64 — also known as Airport Road — Road Repairs Project.
DPW Contractor — Marco St. Croix, Inc. — began working on Airport Road on December 9, 2024. The entire three-mile roadway has been milled and paved.
The final step in this project is road striping, which is currently taking place along West Airport Road.
Weather permitting, the striping is expected to be completed by the end of July. Motorists should expect delays and proceed with caution when traversing this area. Flaggers will be on-site to aid motorists as they traverse through the area.
