There will be traffic restrictions on Saturday in Christiansted on St. Croix for the Victory Parade for the V.I. Women’s Basketball Team, the Virgin Islands Police Department announced Tuesday.
The line-up starts at 8:30 a.m. and the parade starts at 10:00 a.m. from WTJX (Channel 12 Building) to the Christiansted Fort.
The following parking restrictions will be enforced:
- No Traffic will be allowed eastbound past the Richmond Post Office from 8:00 a.m.
- No Parking along King Street from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- No Traffic will be allowed onto King Street from any of the connecting sides streets from 9:00 a.m.
- No Traffic will be allowed onto King Street from Contentment Road and the Bypass from 9:00 a.m.
- No Traffic will be allowed onto Hospital Street from East End Road from 9:00 a.m.
