WiCliff Gue, a Frydendahl 19-year-old, was arrested at 7 p.m. Saturday and charged with first-degree rape, the V.I. Police Department reported.
According to police, Gue is accused of raping a female minor on Compass Point Beach around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Unable to post $100,000 bail, Gue was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections, pending his advice of rights hearing.
