The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for St. Thomas and St. John until 11:45 am today. Doppler weather radar indicates thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the islands. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly and up to four inches of rain has already fallen.
