Submit Anonymous Tips and Help Solve Crimes

The Criminal Investigation Bureau was dispatched to the Vitraco Park Mall area of Dineros Bar and Restaurant on St. Thomas in reference to an unresponsive male in the roadway. When officers arrived, an unresponsive Black male was lying in the roadway. The male appeared to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body. EMTs were present on the scene and concluded that the male had no vital signs. The male was identified by his next of kin as 31-year-old Marc J. Thomas.

Oct. 6, 2021

The Criminal Investigations unit was notified that another male victim was transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center for treatment for multiple gunshot wounds about his body. The male later succumbed to his injuries. The identity of this male was unknown at the time. On Oct. 6, 2021, John Doe was positively identified by his next of kin as 38-year-old Keris Kareem Phipps a resident of St. Kitts and Nevis.

June 16, 2023

911 Central Dispatch received a call concerning a possible robbery that occurred in the area of Wimmelskaft Gade on St. Thomas. Officers were dispatched and inspected the area. During the inspection, they made contact with the victims, who explained that a Black male forcibly robbed them and pointed a gun at them and then fled the area.
