Nov. 27, 2021, 11.36 p.m.

Concerned citizens contacted 911 and reported shots being fired in the area of Judy Gomez Highway. Officers traveled to the area of Judy Gomez Highway and came in contact with an auto collision, upon further inspection, the units observed an unresponsive male, who appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds about his body. EMTs, who were on the scene, concluded that the male did not have any vital signs.

The victim was identified by next of kin as 26-year-old Jonaki Hazel.

Feb. 13, 2023

911 Call Center received reports of several shots being fired in the area of Lovenlund, St. Thomas.  Responding officers arrived in the area and discovered one victim who appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds. EMTs arrived on the scene and concluded that the male did not have any vital signs.

The victim was identified as 27-year-old Ajaye Thompson.
