Synergy Fitness and Wellness Center on St. Thomas

Synergy Fitness and Wellness Center is offering a lecture series and a free six-week fitness program thanks to a grant from the V.I. Department of Health. The following is a listing of the upcoming lectures being held on St. Thomas and St. John.

-Thursday, November 8, at 12:30 p.m. at the St. John Senior Center: “Cerebrovascular Disease Management and Prevention” presented by Sally Keating, RN, MSN
-Saturday, November 10, at 4 p.m. at Synergy Fitness: “How to Control and Manage High Blood Pressure” presented by Dr. Robin Ellett
-Monday, November 12, at noon at Synergy Fitness: “Managing Pain the Natural Way,” presented by Dr. Jayson Fuentes ND and Bonnie Barr PT

**Attend one lecture and enroll in a six-week wellness program. Each fitness program includes pre- and post-program assessments, twice a week fitness classes and a six-week gym membership.
