V.I. Police Department officers on St. John are looking for Tyrone O. Powell who escaped from custody on Wednesday, March 4, following his arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
Powell is a 36-year-old black male. He is 5’5” and with a dark brown complexion, a bald head a full beard and mustache. Tyrone Powell is also known as Tiger. He lives in Anna’s Retreat on St. Thomas but frequents St. John.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Tyrone O. Powell or has seen him since his escape from custody on March 4, is urged to please call 693-8880 and speak to Police Officer Clarke at Zone D Command.
