VIPD officers are diligently pulling over everyone who is out past the 6 p.m. curfew.
Persistant rains from Hurricane Omar finally stop for awhile. The island is very quiet and everyone seems to be obeying the curfew, except us! We were pulled over twice during our 8 p.m. check-in around town.
Loredon Boynes Ferry Dock is brightly lit. The lights of St. Thomas are visible as the rain stops.
