The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association is invites individuals interested in being soccer referees and match officials to register for a Referee Developmental Course being held on St. Thomas from Dec. 5-8. The course is aimed at teaching the fundamentals and importance of officiating a soccer match on the local, regional and national level.
Interpretation of the laws of soccer, recent amendments to the laws of the game, match management and responsibilities as a match official are among the many topics to be covered.
