The Virgin Islands Basketball Federation (VIBF) will host the first of its required meetings to reorganize the National Federation in preparation for the Dec. 21, 2019 elections.
The reorganization and elections process will be overseen by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) representative. All members of the V.I. Basketball Federation are invited to attend the meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at the Tim Duncan Arena located at the St. Croix Educational Complex.
The second meeting will be held in the St. Thomas-St. John District and the date, time and location will be announced shortly. The election of officers for the National Federation is for a term of 2019 through 2023. If in need of additional information, call 772-9524.
