V.I. Forecast: Passing Showers

A high pressure are located to the north of the region will continue to result in a northeasterly wind flow bringing some low-level cloud fragments and passing showers to portions of the local area, mainly during the morning hours. Rainfall accumulations should remain light. Mainly fair weather conditions are expected during the afternoon hours. High temperatures are expected to top out in the mid 80s.

Seas between three and five feet and east winds to 15 knots (17 miles per hour) are expected.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents across the northwest beaches of St. Thomas and across the north and east-facing beaches of St. Croix.
