The Virgin Islands Council on the Arts has announced that all Mini and Technical Assistance Grant Applications will now be accepted online at http://www.vicouncilonarts.org/grant-programs-services/grant-application/.
Applicants must register online, complete the selected application and upload all supporting documents on or before Jan. 31, 2020.
