The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s (VIPA) Board of Governors will conduct its regular monthly meeting at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 16. The general session of this meeting will be conducted in person in the conference room on the third floor of the VIPA Administrative Building at 8074 Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas.
