Harry Sanguillen
V.I. Police Department officers arrested Kibo Scatkiffe, 33, and Harry Sanguillen, 21, last week after they were positively identified as the persons who removed seven televisions from the Westin Resort and Villas on St. John.
The incident occurred on June 20 and Scatliffe was arrested on July 4 at about 3 p.m. while Sanguillen was arrested on July 2.
Both suspects were held on a $35,000 bail and they were remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
