The Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) — in conjunction with Cost U Less, Karibbean Kutz, Mall of St. Croix, (Sunshine Mall), Plaza Extra- East, HIDTA, V.I. Fire Services, Department of Health, V.I. National Guard, VI Edible Task Force and WICO — will host a ‘Trunk or Treat’ Halloween event for the territory’s families.
This is a free event that provides residents with a great opportunity to ensure that kids have a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween this year.
Trunk or Treat will take place simultaneously on both St. Thomas and St. Croix from 2-6 p.m., Sunday, October 30. On St. Thomas, Trunk or Treat will be held adjacent to the former Senor Frog on West Indian Company (WICO) Dock. On St. Croix, it will take place at K-Mart West parking lot.
VIPD Commissioner Ray Martinez thanks all the corporate sponsors and participating government entities for their support in this initiative to support the children of the territory.
