The Virgin Islands Police Department thanks all sponsors, participants and Trunk or Treaters for a successful Second Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event that was held on Saturday, Nov. 4, at The Mall of St. Croix and The West Indian Company Limited (WICO) on St. Thomas.
This year’s Trunk or Treat was filled with amazing Halloween-themed trunks, costumes and great entertainment for families.
“This event put hundreds of smiles on the faces of the children and families of this territory, and it would not have been possible without our sponsors and participants. It was well received and created a positive impact that the Virgin Islands Police Department strives to continue in bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community in which we serve,” said Commissioner Ray Martinez.
