According to the VIPD, Omari Beltou is wanted for unlawful sexual contact with two minor females. Beltou, 43, is a Black male weighing 135 pounds and is 5 feet, nine inches tall. He was born in Antigua but lives in Estate Frydenhoj on St. Thomas.
