The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) Preserving Paradise team advises the community of operation hours for VIWMA’s solid waste facilities and administrative offices in observance of Veterans Day on Monday, Nov. 11.
LANDFILLS, TRANSFER STATIONS (TS) and CONVENIENCE CENTERS (CCs)

St. Thomas — Bovoni Landfill ———– 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
St Thomas — Mandahl Convenience Center — 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
St. Croix — Anguilla Landfill — 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
St. Croix — Peter’s Rest Convenience Center — 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All administrative offices will be closed on Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
On Veterans Day and every day, the management and staff of VIWMA thank America’s veterans for their sacrifice to the country, especially those veterans employed with or retired from the Authority.
