Viya joins the people of the Virgin Islands in observing Transfer Day. However, in an effort to accommodate the schedules of Viya customers and provide the optimum level of service, the Customer Experience Centers will be open on Friday, March 31.
The Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and Estate Diamond on St. Croix will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Customer Experience Center at the Marketplace on St. John will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Customers are encouraged to conduct transactions, at their convenience, using Viya’s online Customer Care and payment portal at www.viya.vi or calling 774-2PAY (2729), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
