The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA or Authority) informs customers and community members that all business offices in the territory will be closed on Monday, July 3, in honor of the 175th Emancipation Day in the Virgin Islands and on July 4, in recognition of Independence Day.
Customers can continue to process their transactions in the following ways:
- Pay online:
o Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button
- Call: 774-3552 or 773-2250
o For Automatic Bill Pay – Select Option 3
- Drop Box: Pay via Money Order or Check at business centers at Port of Sale (STT), Sunny Isles Business Office (STX), and Market Place (STJ).
