Wednesday Closures at Division of Corporations, Trademarks on St. Thomas to Continue

The Office of the Lieutenant Governor informs the public that the St. Thomas location of the Division of Corporations and Trademarks will resume Wednesday office closures on Aug. 7 until further notice as the office continues to integrate the various components of its online Catalyst system.

Customer service hours for the St. Thomas location are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Customer service hours for the St. Croix location are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

Cashier service hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kiosks are available at both office locations for business owners who may need assistance from the staff. Training on how to use the Catalyst system is available during customer services hours.
