8:45 a.m.  – A citizen c/r a mental patient was seen in the area of Jacob’s Ladder throwing rocks at passing cars. Police assistance.

10 a.m. – Unit 402E c/r that he was making an inspection in the area of the old barge ramp responding to reports of a possible drowning.

10:20 a.m. – Unit 404A r/ that an adult female collapsed in the area of Connections. Police assistance.
