Peggy Blitz Leaves for Wild West
Who could possibly fill her shoes as Caneel Bays executive assistant? Always polite and accommodating, Peggy has answered all questions and solved all problems with good humor for many years.
Farewell and come back soon parties have been given this week, starting with a reception at the Battery, hosted by the JESS Gala Financial Committee and Sprauve School. The annual JESS Gala would not have been as successful year after year without Peggys guidance and total devotion.
Our deep appreciation and best wishes go with her as she sails off to Curaçao for a few days and then on to her next adventure in the hot air balloon country of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Well miss her very much.
Ill never forget Peggy when she brought a high bid as she strutted down the runway at our original bachelorette auction. She was fabulous.
Forgive My Typo of Last Week
In my reporting of Michael Grassos visit, there was confusion about his mother and grandmother. Mildred Hodge is his grandmother and Sylvia Hodge is his mother. They lived on St. John for many years, but now reside on Tortola.
Congratulations to My Taurus Brothers and Sisters
