William Belardo, better known as “Willy” or “Bill,” died at the age of 66 on Dec. 16, 2021. William was born and raised on St. Croix and then lived the rest of his life on St. John. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 24, at St. Patrick’s Church in Frederiksted.
