WOOFapalooza Raises Spirits While it Raises Funds for STX Animal Welfare Center

WOOFapalooza, a benefit for the St. Croix Animal Welfare Center, took place Saturday with great food, raffles and a dog costume contest.

The event was hosted by Deb Smith, owner of Blues BBQ.
