Campaign Committees and Candidates Must Submit Dec. 30th Disclosure Reports

Supervisor of Elections Caroline F. Fawkes reminds candidates and political committees (pursuant to Title 18, Virgin Islands Code, Section 905, Campaign Disclosure Report) that the Dec. 30, disclosure reports must be submitted to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections no later than Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024. The forms can be downloaded from the website,” https://www.vivote.gov/candidates/forms.

Important Note: If the campaign bank account has been closed, a bank statement reflecting that fact must be submitted. If under $500 remains in the account during this reporting period, a letter instead of the report stating such will be sufficient.

Supervisor Fawkes also states, “Failure to submit the campaign disclosure report by the deadline will result in candidates and political committees incurring fees. Candidates’ delinquent in submitting

their report(s) timely are subject to having their names published in the local newspapers as elected officials. Campaign Disclosure Reports can be emailed to esvi.info@vi.gov.
