The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) advises residents on St. John that the Cruz Bay Wastewater Plant is experiencing pump difficulties causing the overflow of the manhole at the Enighed barge entrance. Work is currently ongoing to remedy the problem.
VIWMA advises the public to avoid standing pools of water in this area and thanks the community in advance for its cooperation.
