Dear Police Commissioner Lewis and Tradewinds,
After reading the article in the March 612 recent issue, I am perplexed as to why the driver of the jeep that pinned Karen Barrett against Coccolobas fence on February 27th has not been charged with at least negligent driving and parking in a handicapped space! With the VIPDs appalling record of not solving one single crime in 2006 this one seems pretty clear cut!
