Gerda O. Gottlieb died on Sunday, Dec. 24. She was 87 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Leroy A. Gottleb; and parents: Everitta Clendenin and James Alfred Clendenin
She is survived by her children: Janice Gottlieb Leroy Gottlieb Jr., Wilborne Gottlieb Sr., Mark Gottlieb Sr.; grandchildren: Shanda Gottlieb, Wilborne Gottlieb Jr., Me’Kisha Gottlieb, Mark Gottlieb Jr., C’Quan Gottlieb, Janeale Gottlieb, Natosha Gottlieb, Jacqueal Gottlieb, Cassandra Gottlieb, Avion Gottlieb and Leah Gottlieb; and great-grandchildren: Wilborne Gottlieb III, Gabriel Gottlieb, Nathan Gottlieb, Jacob Gottlieb, Shiloh Gottlieb, Faith Gottlieb and Olivia Skelton.
The first viewing will be held from 4-6 p.m., Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home.
The second viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 20, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 3.
