Head Start to Deliver Daily Meals

The Department of Human Services Head Start Program will distribute daily meals for Head Start children at various locations across the territory beginning Monday, March 23.

The food will be packaged and ready for distribution. The package will include lunch and a snack, the child education program announced in a news release issued Saturday.

ST. THOMAS – Parents will pick up the packaged meals between 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at their child or children’s usual Head Start Center – Savan, Bergs Home, Sugar Estate, Wilhelm George and Bovoni.

ST. CROIX – Children who attend the Concordia Head Start Center and Frederiksted Head Start Center and are usually brought to school by their parents, will pick up their packaged meals at the Frederiksted Head Start Center.

– Children who attend the Anna’s Hope Head Start Center and Richmond Head Start Center will pick up their packaged meals at the Anna’s Hope Head Start Center.

– Children who attend the Kingshill Head Start Center will pick up their packaged meals at the Kingshill Head Start Center.

Meals for all Head Start children in St. Croix who ride the school bus will be distributed at their usual bus stop pickup/drop-off locations. The schedule follows:
